Imperial troopers under Veers (Piett, Range, Dark, Gideon), Phoenix (you have most but you need Captain Rex who really improves the team). Two basic teams that do two assault battles each (and work for lots of other stuff too).

Veers team needs fast mods - going first is everything for them.

Once you have those Executor is a solid choice for a journey. You already have a bunch of progress there.

Might consider Profanity instead though with Rogue One now in game.

problem with that is the new player lsbs will fill fleet arena

also just to consider, executpr has a bunch of toons that will be in the lsts coming, up, so maybe check those out first and go for execitpr

So keep this account and chip away at new meta? The big thing they said is "poorly used zetas and investments and no leviathan"

But like 2 or 3 years ago I don't think my zetas were bad placements

There are definitely a few misplaced zetas, the Bastillas and kru lead especially, but progress is progress even if it’s not ideal imo.

But you have work towards executor already, and a lot of requirements are being given to you (bounty hunters and beskar mando) for free via light speed tokens

Ships take long to farm and in general you have a decent bit of progress towards them already

The big question is check your top 50 fleet arena leaderboards

Because if it’s all leviathans and execs you may struggle more

I struggle ALOT with ship mode hard mode 4-e? I think it is. I always lose 1

But I was recently in your situation (albeit farther along and already had exec) and I chose to stay with my account

Remind me which farm that is?

Anyways if you can underman it and only bring in high leveled and geared ships that may help

Also, how old is your account if you know?

Like....2? 3? Years long enough that my hyperdrive bundle costed me 100 bucks and Mando was an event hero

Anyways I’m still in the boat that says continue on your current path, but lots of people are reasonably opposed to it, it will be harder to get crystals upfront probably if you stay with your current account, but still probably a struggle with new player accounts as well due to other people buying lsts

Honestly if you’re willing to spend a little money to get the hyperdrive bundle and a good fleet lsb it may be worth restarting, but I’m f2p so I don’t really know

An old fleet shard means a lot of players have quit, though, so once you make it to the top, you’ll stay there.

It’s how my account works and it’s very nice to get #1 every day on 1-2 battles.

Fleet shards never backfill. They’re 500 players and if 90% of those players have quit there are only 50 people trying to climb.

My fleet shard is so dead that it has maybe 25.

Whatever fleet you're using isn't strong enough. You probably need HT as tank to survive. Your ships needed to be upgraded and so do your pilots. Higher ability, gear levels, applying mods, and even relics all improve the fleet stats. That node is an annoying gate from what I recall.
