Signal data is a huge bottleneck, it will be the thing that limits your relicing speed going forward, especially now since all the relic mats just got cheaper/more accessible

Make some of the economy upgrades your early upgrades (Duel of Fates, Perdia Patrol, etc.). Yes it takes resources but then it starts paying you back.
