It’s fine for the early game. Piett really wants to be on a trooper team.

I’d recommend something like TIE Fighter Pilot that you’ll want to build anyway (Executor req). Tarkin is another OK filler, he’s such a low hanging fruit for the raid and he has a ship.

This is definitely a team, especially in the early game, but it gets broken up by Starkiller who is very skippable for a long time.
