I have a new account now, it used to be better, but it's gone now. I've started playing again, here's https://swgoh.gg/p/942297867/. And I really wanted to go back to the Vader legend, get General Skywalker. And I'm thinking, should I buy Inquisitors? I wanted to buy the LV set first, or General Skywalker, or other cheap packs. And so I'm thinking, should I buy Inquisitors now?

For a new account Inquisitors aren’t bad but you won’t really be able to take advantage of them for a while.
Starkiller bundle might be interesting as the characters are all useful (Talon kinda niche) but Starkiller himself will be very hard to set up early on. Probably the strongest option, though.
Aphra is not even worth considering, only real benefit is Hondo who can be used in the raid, the others aren’t very useful and winning the Aphra event with a limited mod inventory is… not recommended if you like your sanity.

Only real possibility for it is that Aphra will be required for the newest GL, but it looks like GAS is the journey there.

really, I'm still thinking about it. Starkiller will be strong now, but sooner or later I'll also need Inquisitors, which I can't use yet. Also, I'll get Reva in about 11 months, which is also too long. Starkiller is a better option now, and Inquisitors later. But the guild also needs Inquisitors.

Reva in 11 months isn't that bad. If you can swing it I would go both sk and gi. For one it's a tough call. I'd probably buy sk because the farms are mostly cantina so it's doubly annoying bacause you need to follow up with signal. At least with inquisitors you can collect signal and shards at the same time.

All 3require a ton of kyro techs. If you cant afford all kyro tech will be an issue. However over time as you get into better guilds, even that bottle neck gets significantly relieved

I just want to say, that for inquisitors I need a way more kyrotechs than for SK

I'm just pointing out sk will feel just as bad because talon, KK, dash are all cantina farms. You will be farming no signal data while you farm their shards. So while you get less kyros buying sk. It alleviates this painful cantina farm. Most of the inquisitors (all?) are regular hard farms.

Another thing I'm curious about is if in the new tokens I can get a character with a ship, will that be better than a simple one?
