You could find a new guild but to be honest you're currently being carried on the Naboo raid. You're benefiting from raid rewards and contributing nothing based on your raid history. Good luck finding another guild to leech off of. Maybe you can but a guild is a two way street. It's not an absurd ask to require a team that can score 600k. 50*600k is 30mm raid score which would get your guild back to their current rewards.

My bad I should've let you know that I just started playing again. Haven't been able to do a raid since I got back can't remember how long of a break I took but probably 4 months or something. Ended up leaving my old guild because I was so inconsistent at the time. Was more so wondering if raid rewards are that beneficial compared to like GAC, fleet, assault battles, and other aspects of the game? Not completely opposed to building a team or two (I have pirates but need a leader).
Or should I just step down a guild level and focus on the teams I need to for a little while?

Raid is the only way to earn mk3 currency which is one of the few ways to acquire high tier relic mats. You'll want to get at least 3rd box on the meta raid which isn't a big ask. That's basically 50 people with a 500k raid score. Could be two min level teams or one g12 team which should do it. It's not that outrageous an ask.
You can step down but know that you will have a harder time gearing up high relic requirements.

just leech off another guild you find a lot of people are high gp and are willing to help others, read the guild’s requirements before joining and see if you fit

I'd worry about the quality of any guild willing to let players completely leech.
