Farming Assault Battle

https://swgoh.gg/p/168456616/characters/ Even with the Naboo raid ending the next few months I’ve been thinking about farming Padawan Obiwan and Master Quigon for their assault battle and getting them to R7. This farm would be solely for their assault battle and I’m in no position to get queen amidala so they wouldn’t have their team running for probably years. I’m also thinking about getting the peridia patrol members to R7 but they would also only be used for their assault battle but would acually have a team. I am currently close to getting executor so that’s my focus and after I’m trying to figure out where to take my account. Right now I’m farming the Peridia patrol to 7 stars and waiting for the poncho bros to become double drop in may. I need helping figuring out if this would be a good route for my account .

Ponchos are an amazing investment

Can stick them in an oQGJ team or under Padme and they do just fine

Imo, the ROI for Perida isn't as worth it unless you want to chase GLAT just because of the investment needed into a 3rd character but I'm not sure what the general consensus is

you should probably try to get a fleet going first, in your position that could be either negotiator with marauder, or executor

Id also make sure you get at least the ewok assault battle done before doung duel of the fates, gives far better ROI on the low tier resources youre gonna be short on

I‘m new and doing executor + troopers as my first priorities, how far do you have to go with ewoks for the assault battle? They are on my list for after exec anyways since I am gonna build a CLS team

if you farm up gar saxon and isc you can do it at like g9/g10 plus 2 zetas

otherwise I think you need like g12 and good rng

yeah youre fighting ewoks

ewoks themselves dont have an assault battle, they only have the endor escalation event thats clearable at C3P0 unlock levels

Wait until the wonder poncho twins double in drop rates before farming them, it won’t be long now, maybe another month or so.

Also for most AB don’t worry about CT3 and just aim for CT1 in the short term. Troopers can do two of those with the usual Veers team and not much gear.

I‘m gonna do Piett and Iden either way for ships and then add veers lead and snowtrooper/Starck since they are easy to farm. Later, I can split them into two teams. With Iden and Piett getting relics I suppose I don’t need much beyond gear 8 for the rest?

Snowtrooper is a bit of a dead end IMO, better to build someone else. Range is highly recommended for the team because of his passive, but… you need them strong enough to survive until you can get the TM train rolling and the rest is gravy, so low gear is fine. Probably want like 9 or 10 but 8 might work if you’re willing to retry the RNG for a while.

I know snow is not the best, but dark and range are hard mode farms which I cannot add to my list until much later. If there is another shop character that is better than snow to be the 5th with Veers/Piett/Iden/Starck, I‘m listening

Gideon is a cantina farm, if that helps. Generic stormtrooper isn’t great for that team but he’s an adequate filler and since he’s also Remnant he gets used a lot of places.
