Like the title already said, I would like to know if a well build SLKR team can beat proving grounds for Maul and Queen Amidala. I sadly don´t have all the Zetas for SLKR but really good mods.

SLKR can beat everything except Interceptor and Malgus with a standard lineup i believe

You can beat most enemies, including quadme and Maul, you will struggle against Phoenix, Reva and Malgus (haven't managed to beat these 3)

Bane is possible via a "definitely intended mechanic" - if you siphon him enough, he will be missing every single ability and hit, letting you win after a long period of hitting him
It's a 1 star victory tho and you can get it on auto

Maul is doable, it's a horrible battle though. My strat (which likely isn't optimal) was to use the event ability as much as possible whilst using middle ability with slkr. Once it's just slkr, kept using the third ability to get ult meter, on the final turn of being under ult, use the event ability to take an extra turn and use that to go back under ult
