JKR has off and crit chance
Bastila has speed and health
Jolee has health
Zaalbar has speed
Mission has crit dam and chance

If you're at relics on all of them and JKR it's a mod issue

Search up each character and look at their ideal sets and primaries. Speed is KING for secondaries
