Naboo Raid - Low participation issue?

New Raid has opened a new issue that my guild didnt have before, Low/minimal effort on the part of a handful of high GP players (most w SEE reqs and Sep Droids, so at least 1 top scoring team)

• How are yall guilds performing in terms of individual participation?

• Do yall ask for a minimun score for each individual player? Or simply warning for Zero'd score?

• If so, what criteria is best for measuring a minimun score/player engagement?

(Bot estimate feels too high for this raid, so im trying a common ground without asking too much of individual players, like remods and etc.)

Are you sure it’s minimal participation from those people, or are they spending an hour getting the best score possible? And you can have a required minimum if you think it would help, but give some leeway for the first month or two so that people can build teams.

My main issue is w people scoring 30-150k, on a 10mi GP acct, w Maul Sidious and Sep Droids all relic
Those scoring around 300k im not stressing cause the raid is indeed too recent for it (460mi GP guild btw)

holy cow a guild of that level should be getting high participation

do yall have a history of kicking people for not doing their job because they may feel they can get away with it

but for my guild we had a 1 month grace period, now we have a month of learning where you meet up with officers and they check your mods and teach you tips for the runs, lumi team with zeta can max relatively easily for the highest tier they can do

it is the most reliable run other than gungans im pretty sure

additionally, the bot is terrible with lower level teams, but low effort seems to be pretty accurate for the higher relic teams

That’s pretty worrisome, I am scoring nearly a mil as a 3.5 mil GP player (although half of that is from the LSB Jedi, but alas)

Really the bot isn’t super accurate yet because the raid has only been out for a month. Still needs training.

as far as mods go, they should just take gl mods put them on the characters following the guide, then save the mod loadout for the raid team and return the mods

Im top scoring player rn, at 2.2mi w a 7.6 mi acct (close to queen trio), and a few are getting Gungans this week too, so guild scores should increase

My guild has the history of downgrading players based on below average scoring

But w the Raid changes, we lack parameters to measure proper individual scores

Hence my question, any suggestion on how to grade participation?

My Alliance has 6 guilds, the 1st is the same as the low effort estimate, but the 2nd and 3rd guilds perform at 40-50% estimates score w low effort (no remod). The rest run Endor still

I would suggest next raid have everyone put the teams they used in a discord channel, along with the score they got. That could help show participation and can help out if someone is running a team wrong and doesn’t realize it.

also you could make a poll

like are you remodding teams, are you maxing out x team on highest difficulty, are you retrying, are you autoing etc

to get a gage of if people are putting effort in
