Yeah i believe thats normal, on my Account it always loaded 1-2 minutes, now it's the same time, but the majority of the loading happens, while the licenses are displayed, before the Update the license lasted 2 second.

The game loads if I'm on wifi. On mobile data the game doesn't load

i had an issue with client not starting after the patch on pc, restarting my pc fixed it (something to do with the patch not auto downloadingl ike it normally does)

dumb question but have you tried turning the phone on and off again
