How can I get my account back?

A while back, I had an account, and I also got a new phone, and something happened when transferring data because I lost the account. I have that account's player ID, receipts from purchases, a link on swgoh.gg, which is still there, and my account is visible in game, so it's not deleted, but EA support has been an absolute pain to deal with, so hopefully I have better luck here. I heard a guy named Barbarossa was helpful, but I'm new to this stuff so I don't know exactly where to go.

Hey no Problem,

So first you would login. If that works you check if the information shown is your swgoh account. If so go to selfservice and do "Link EA Conmect"

then logout/close the site

then go ingame and login with EA Connect

Thank you for replying! Alright, so the site shows me my current SWGOH account, but I'm trying to get back to my old account, which is also named Oberon Calad, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Do you need my old account's player ID?

I can also send a picture of my swgoh.gg info if that helps

Well maybe try a different login method?

sometimes different login methods bring up different accounts depending on linkage

Unfortunately the method you posted does not work. It only shows my current account, not the old one I want to get back in to.

It was connected to Facebook, but it looks like they removed the option to connect, unfortunately

Oh no, I completely forgot about this, so sorry! I lost my Facebook info, since I never use it, and since trying to recover my info was mind numbingly boring, this slipped from my memory. Though, it's been 3 months so I understand if you don't want to do this anymore
