i am by no means an expert but i found imperial troopers to be a good team to start off with gideon and dark trooper are solid choices and when i paired them with veers i did very well on ds campaign for a long time i also used stormtrooper and snowtrooper

the only issue i had was shards for gideon taking so long to farm

for ls i used the bad batch wrecker is a very good tank when he gets to g7 and gets protection combined with hunters leader ability the issue with them is how far along their shards r locked with tech and hunter being in ls hm 5 and wrecker and echo ls hm 7
