If you intend to keep spending money, then buying the Lightspeed bundles is the best value you can find. If they aren’t in the store now, they are periodically returning. They are around $500-$4000 worth of items for $10-$50 packs.

If you intend to not spend another penny, I would strongly advise rushing the Revans. Darth Revan and Jedi Knight Revan are really strong early game power spikes for HyperDrive Purchases. Pick one and then immediately go for the other one, and this will put you ahead by a some good margins.

I’ll keep my eyes out for the light speed bundles, I’m not opposed to some “marginal” spending. I’ll look into the revans now, best hyperdrive squad to run them with?

JK Revan early on can use any Jedi, so:
Bastila, Master Yoda, Anakin, Jolee are some solid early game options

Darth Revan mostly just runs with his squad and their requirements. Bastila (Fallen), HK-47, and then you can slap some sith or sith empire in there

(Note: once you unlock both of them you can unlock Darth Malak who will go on the Darth Revan team)

BIG TIP: only use your purple crystals for cheap (50 crystal on normal/gold and 100 crystal on Cantina/red) energy refreshes each day.
