whenever you get critically hit while you have that disk you regen prot

not worth it. The defensive disks are almost useless, you should be taking the offensive ones to kill them before they wipe you

It’s a very useful disk to have on hand for chasing feats, using teams that would otherwise get gunned down right away
But chasing feats wouldn’t be my top priority if it was my first time in normal
