Well not really, you can join a new guild immediately but you gotta wait 24 hours in that new guild before you can do raids or request gear, I think guild events there's no timer

No, actually. You can join a new one right away. However, guild features (TB, TW, raids, gear requesting) are disabled until 24 hrs after you left the old guild
