You'll get there eventually anyway though, don't think of it like a normal event but more of a proving grounds event, that's locked behind 4mil GP as well

Yesss, its an event to reward for getting gl , but not worth it to rush for half baked GL and terrible faction modding since their ideal is to get the whole faction ramped up in term of damage and viability

Exactly what Krieher said. Most people in this game (that are still playing) have a GL. which means that about 80% of players will be able to play the event

So does a lot of the event in this game. Each event is catered for different account progress. If you feel like it's a shit decision for this event to be gated, then you should also complain about:

Rise of Empire, gated behind relic levels. On that subject, Reva mission requiring all R7+ Inquisitor and Grand Inq

High damage Krayt. Given that you don't have a GL, chances that you're not eligible for Krayt too, let alone getting good crates

Conquest Hard mode. I don't see how you could get good box without a GL, so chances you're also not gonna be doing Proving Grounds too. There are non GLs team for it, but it's specific to certain tier.

Be in a guild that compete for Droid Brains in TW, requires at least 300m+ GP.

I can list a lot more events that you have no access to. This isn't the first.

No but that’s thing. I’m tired of yet another game mode being restricted. Of course it’s important to have higher events for the best players, but they rly need to add stuff for everyone too cause it’s just not fair on people who have a life and don’t want to spend 24 hours bum sweating the game.

There's conquest, there's galactic challenges, there's TW, there's GAC, there's TB, there's Fleet Arena if you can do it. I am unsure if those are the events you put effort in

I see this as a reward/incentive to get as many GLs as possible. People may be less tempted to go for a GL when there's a less-effort counter to it (Rey-StarKiller; Lord Vader-Fennec Shand) but in a Resource management game, any source that gets you more, is the way to go.

Not to mention they’ve basically handed 2 GLs away for like $20 for the people that are behind
