Well, to me you are a bit allover the places. You need a little more focus.
If you put the second zeta now on piett it will be a “waste” as you don’t have exec right now so you won’t be given it speed. Put in someone more useful to you now, like EP or even han as you sad.

After that finish your BHs to executor, I would include jango in that list, he is not a exec req as far as I remember but will help your bh and in the long run you will need him.

If you really want can put JKL here and after him JML
But you’ll want to finish JKR team and DR team too
And traya savage sion nihilus and talon can do incredible things too at a cost of 2-3 omis and low gear
