I don't run the bot stuff for my guild. I'm pretty sure ours sends out plat assignments automatically one hour before a phase starts

No clue if that is default or what though. I imagine there might be some settings to play with

Our guild uses hotbot for platoons. I believe the leader in our guild can push the button and orders will be sent out to the guild whenever he chooses to do so
