What gear level should my characters be at once I play my first GAC?

Since I'm reaching lvl 85 soon, that got me wondering, with all of the teams that I have planned out to have, what gear should I get them to once I play my first GAC? Currently, these will be my teams by that point.

Offense
Imperial Troopers (Offense)
Vader (solo)
Palpatine (Palps, MJ, Thrawn)
Jedi (Bastilla, GMY, Jolee, Old Ben, Mace)

Defense
Imperial Troopers (Defense)
Phoenix (filler)
Geos under Nute lead (Pre-GBA)

I feel like Imperial Troopers would be better served for offense, I may be wrong though

Maybe they are building both Veers and Iden squads. They have IT listed both in Offense & Defense

whats ur next grind target? U seem to have most of the ideal jedi for a JKR team which is formidable

Veers IT, great at low gear if you have Veers unique and Piett unique Zetas

Vader should be your first relic. period. Take him to about R5 maybe? Also, make sure he has MM and NE zetas

Palp G12, lead zeta, MJ is great at low stars and gear, but the more of em the better (I have g12 EP and R5 MJ lmao). Thrawn is mostly there for the fracture, so he just needs some survivability, maybe G12

Those first 3 Jedi to G12, maybe mace too if you want. I’d keep Old Ben at CLS req levels

Iden wants the omi! G9-11 is prob fine, but the omi makes them a slam dunk

Phoenix at Thrawn level. Never touch them again, until Profundity (which is a long way away for ya)

All the geos to G12, you don’t really need Nute for anything he is just filler so don’t sink many resources into him

OH… i remembered wrong…

However, the extra recovery is VERY juicy, and the stealth dispel helps for (yes geos and) things like BH (target greef) and other stealth heavy teams

And besides, you will face quite a few geos as you start GAC so it is worth it

however as for like nute should you farm him even at all?

You would use him later on with GG to counter SEE and JML, so not a bad investment

Hmmm… I would make him decently soon after Vader, if an empire team is what you are going to use often. However, using him with MJ on offense (which is the right thing) means he doesnt need to be super thicc. So, it’s mostly up to you

Altho, him being thicc might mean more TW holds with MJ omi

oMJ is a TW thing tho, and since GAC is like the most important thing in the game...

Agreed, GAC is the most important mode but if you are in a good guild they are probably going to care about TW, and it can give you some juicy rewards, especially for a new player like you. (I’m 1.3 Mil and the rewards are still juicy)

So don’t blow TW off 😀 MJ omi is probably the most OP TW omi

I don't think EP relic as an early-game focus

Empire mostly works on disruption and EP relic adds survivability and some damage, but nothing the team will be greatly elevated with

No, because it's a requirement for SLKR and SEE, so it's not a waste. But there are other priorities

G11 is the maximum for while you are under lvl 85 😀

You can do either but offense wouod probs be best shout

I personally like them on defense, they get good holds if they don’t have vader. Without GBA though, save em for offense

what if you hit level 85 and still don't have those teams built up?

tbf a player in a different situation that knew that GL rushes are bad from the start (unlike me) would be in a better situation

now I do know that GL rushes are a horrible idea

but back when I first started my new acc I didn't know that
