If you have Han's falcon (+ the rebel Y wing), Ackbar's fleet can do a lot of work even at lower gear levels, as long as Han & Chewie are in relics

If you have Profundity, you should already have enough fleet knowledge and roster depth to adequately counter Negotiator
Better to just have Tarkin + Thrawn at their minimum level for GL unlocks: r3 + 6 for SEE

Yep. A good (Home One) Rebel fleet can beat everything except Executor and Profundity.
