Galleon 100 SD - Keyboard doesn't work after failed software update.

I just received my keyboard yesterday. Tried to update it today, and the software update failed. The keyboard now won't work, but the streamdeck will. I've tried the ESC method, etc., but nothing works, which I believe is due to it not getting any inputs.

It's not recognized on the web hub either, so I'm pretty lost on what to do.

Is there a way to force reboot it, if the keys doesn't work?

I've tried all the steps, and the firmware updater on the web hub doesn't even pick up the keyboard.

I've also tried on two different PC's, but with no luck.

Does the dedicated Firmware Updater website not work for you either?

It worked originally, until the update failed and made any input impossible

I did find another thread, where someone posted a corsair link, which had a file for manual updating, which seemed to have fixed the update issue.
But, I, obviously, can't try that, since the web hub doesn't even find the keyboard, nor does any inputs work.

The second link I posted doesn't need Web Hub, as far as I'm aware.

Nah, just says it couldn't find any compatible devices, even though the PC plays the sound of it connecting and the streamdeck lighting up

I've also tried different USB ports both on the front and back of my case, all to no avail

Probably need to create a ticket with Technical Support then.
