Connection problems the wireless part works but will lose connection once and awhile. The only thing I can find on corsair was update the drivers but my drivers are already updated.

Try moving the dongle/receiver closer to the mouse.
Allow the dongle/receiver and mouse more direct line of sight.

Check the mouse settings in iCUE for any sort of "sleep" or "power saving" mode. Maybe the mouse sleep time is too low? I have no idea...

The other thing I can think of is to re-pair the mouse to the dongle.

I would say try to separate the dongles so each device uses their own dongle.

yes and tried them all and even tried one of those usb ports to bring it closer to the mouse and still doing it

How many USB ports are being used on your computer? If possible, try unplugging some USB devices from the back of the motherboard and see if the issue continues.

I do have alot plugged in but most of them the ones I use everyday. Also I have used another (company) mouse before and never had problems with it losing sync
