I recently got this keyboard and it came with issues, as soon as I turn on my pc my keyboard begins typing random keys, it only starts working after I unplug it. This also sometimes happens when I change the actuation level. This is also very weird and I was wondering if anyone is having the same issues and if you know a fix? also when will this keyboard come to icue?

If you can try to factory reset
or force a firmware update. otherwise it may be an actual problem with the key board and you may need to send an RMA(warranty replacement) to Corsair.

If you need a keyboard sooner you can use an ARMA. TLDR: you pay for replacement to be sent first, then you send the faulty one back and then the cost will be refunded

SRMA where you send the faulty unit back first and then corasir will send a new/replacement unit back
