If iCUE doesn't recognize your keyboard, you can fix it by first trying basic steps like reconnecting the USB cable, plugging it directly into your PC, or restarting your computer. If that doesn't work, try resetting the keyboard by holding ESC while unplugging and plugging it back in, updating iCUE and your keyboard's firmware, or repairing the iCUE installation.
