Try holding the mic's mute button for around five seconds or until it beeps. Not entirely sure. Give me a few minutes please.

There is a power button and a button right below that I have no idea what it does. I have messed with them while trying to figure it out

For sidetone specifically, if it has it, you may be able to enable it when it's not connected to a device. I'm not sure about this though.

That didn't work. I figured out how to adjust game/chat mix. But sidetone. No idea. It's like the bottom button does nothing... Weird.

Figured it out guys. Plugged into PC again. There was a new update with the icue app. Raised sidetone upto 85% bam. Now it's working. So I cannot tell you if it was the update or raising it up to 85 that did it. But it's working now.
