Hi. I just swapped my system from a Cougar MESH RGB case to a new Corsair FRAME 4000D RS A-RGB.
It is a very nice case, but the included, pre-installed, front case fans are extremely loud. When my system was still in the former case, I actually had more fans, and the system was nearly silent.
But now that I've swapped to the 4000D the front case fans are screaming. It's driving me nuts.
The temperatures are all normal. Just as cool as ever.
I entered the BIOS and changed the fans to Smart-Mode or whatever it's called. And I thought that fixed it, for a second. As the fans got quiet. But then they ramped back up again. Now, instead of being loud the entire time, they sometimes quiet down. But if I do anything, at all, they get super loud again. As soon as i start a game they get loud. Even if my temps haven't even changed yet. If I even just OPEN Steam, the fans get loud.
I'm kinda new at this, as you can probably tell. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to fix this issue? The fans just keep going up to,like, 2,000 RPM, for seemingly no reason.
