Search for driver extensions

"General" > "Login Items & Extensions" tab, at the bottom you will find extensions and there you will see "Driver extensions" press the circled i icon to the right, and turn on "iCue Virtual Device.app", then you will need to restart iCue and it should work again.

click the arrow next to your selected profile to open the profile list, then click the import/export icon (two arrows pointing in different directions). In the window that appears, select "Import," then click the plus (+) button to browse and select your downloaded profile file. After selecting the profile, choose which parts to import (like lighting or actions) using the toggles and click the "Import" button

Have you imported the iCUE profile yet?

If you haven't, here is how:

1. Click the arrow icon to the right of "Software Profiles" on the left side of iCUE
2. Click the + icon to the right of "Import Profile"
3. It'll open the Finder app, select the Celestrial .cue file.
4. Once you select the file, click "Import" within iCUE.

I have attached the iCUE profile to this message if you need it

iCUE has to be open for profile effects to work. If you close it, it'll be set to the Device Memory Mode profile you've created

You can monitor it with Activity Monitor on Mac by pressing Command (⌘) + Option (⌥) + Esc

Open System Settings (or System Preferences) > General > Login Items and click the plus (+) button to add an application, or Control-click an app in the Dock and select Options > Open at Login
