This issue has been vexxing me for a month now ever since I purchased this mouse. It replaces my old Logitech G500. After every boot of Windows 11, I need to unplug and replug my mouse in order for it to be responsive (the lights are on but the cursor does not move until I replug).

What I have tried:
-disabling the USB selective suspend setting
-turning on the ability for my mouse to wake my computer out of sleep.
-turning off fastboot in my bios
-installing ASUS compatibility plugin in iCUE
-Trying different USB slots
-Reinstall iCUE
-Sacrificing my firstborn upon the altar of The All God, The Final Pam.

What I will NOT do to solve this problem.
-Not use iCUE.

It happens at every single reboot EXCEPT when I downloaded the ASUS compatibility Plugin.. then like.. for 2 days it was not happening??! And now it's happening again??!

My DXDiag will be posted below:

have you tried to factory reset the mouse and force a firmware update?

Yes

Try the firmware update first, if that doesn't work do the factory reset

I've been going back and forth with the official customer support for a few days now. So far nothing has worked. This is the dialog of what has been tried so far:

-thank you for contacting CORSAIR.

I am very sorry to hear that your Scimitar RGB Elite needs to be replugged. Of course, I understand that this is very frustrating.

First, please let me know if the behavior appears before or after the Windows login screen.

The ASUS compatibility plugin SHOULD have nothing to do with it.

Please send us the iCUE log files. To do this, please go to the general iCUE settings (cogwheel at the top right) and click on the "Export" button in the "General" tab on the right.

-Thank you for the quick response. This issue occurs before the windows login screen. The iCUE log files is in the attached file. (I will include this file here in discord as well)

-thank you for your feedback.

Please close the iCUE software completely during operation.

Then open the Windows Device Manager and uninstall the mouse (including the driver if possible) and restart your system.

Does the behavior still occur?
Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße / Thank you very much and best regards

-I quit out of iCue and uninstalled all 3 instances of my mouse in Device Manager.

There was no option in Device Manager to uninstall the drivers.

When I restarted the computer, the mouse did work as expected, however, after a second restart, it was back to not working until I unplugged and replugged the mouse.

I have also tried to uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power“ in the Universal Serial Bus controllers branch of Device Manager

Rebooting the computer, and mouse is still needing to be replugged in order for it to work.

-Please activate “Show hidden devices” in the Device Manager and remove all entries that appear.

Unfortunately, I forgot to include this step. I apologize for this.
Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße / Thank you very much and best regards

-Thank you again. However, I did unhide the hidden and there was indeed one hidden entry which I uninstalled, along with the others, after I quit out of iCUE. I was sure this might have been the answer but upon restart, I am running into the same problem.

One clue that might help; the mouse does work as far as all the thumb buttons and even the profile and dpi switching. The only thing that doesn't work (until I replug in my mouse) is there is no cursor.

This was the issue. Despite uninstalling all of my Logitech drivers even with Revo Uninstaller.. this lil guy hung around. I disabled this service and now my mouse works every reboot.
