@sly sapphire Hello!

Which USB port do you have your Slipstream dongle plugged into? Able to try a different one? If that doesn't work, have you tried to re-pair them?

To re-pair them:

  • Plug your Slipstream dongle into your computer.
  • Open iCUE.
  • Plug in your keyboard to your PC with the cable.
  • Click your Slipstream dongle on the Home tab within iCUE.
  • On the bottom right, click "pair" to the right of " USB Wireless Receiver Pairing".
  • Follow the onscreen instructions.
  • **Repeat this for your mouse if applicable

#

Is your iCUE updated to the latest version (5.31.112)?

sly sapphire
#

yes it is

pastel oyster
#

Addionally, head over to settings (gear icon on the top right)>Software Updates>Check for Updates. Let's see if you have the latest update for it as well

sly sapphire

#

For the firmware for it, click on the Slipstream dogle on the Home tab, and click the gear icon to the right of the dongle name

#

Then check to see if the firmware is on the latest version as well

#

Note mine may have a different version, as this one is for my Virtuoso Max headset

sly sapphire

#

Seems as if it won't connect due to the Slipstream dongle not having the multipoint receiving enabled

#

Do you have the dongle that also came with your Harpoon?

#

Might be underneath the mouse, there's a cover on the bottom to store it

sly sapphire
#

i am using the dongle rn tho already thats why its being detected in the first place. if i remove the dongle from my laptop both the mouse and dongle dont show anymore

pastel oyster
#

Ah, so you bought them as I bundle I think that was available? I forget tbh if these were available as a bundle lol

#

But that dongle does support multiple devices at once

sly sapphire
#

yes yes its supposd to support both as once its the bundle

it was working fine yesterday and all of a sudden i downloaded icue and it wont work anymore it just automatically updated something

#

but if the keyboard gets detected in icue i can pair it

#

but the keyboard works because im using right now

#

just not seen in the software

#

and idk why

pastel oyster
#

Gimme 5 mins, gonna do some digging pinga_read

sly sapphire
#

okayy thanks for trying to help tho please let me know if you find something

pastel oyster
#

I actually might know lol

#

Is it in Bluetooth mode or the Slipstream mode?

pastel oyster
sly sapphire
#

its in wired mode rn but i can turn into slipstream mode

#

it keeps blinking white and then pulsing but never just connects

pastel oyster
#

While it's plugged into your laptop, hold FN + F7

sly sapphire
#

isnt that bluetooth mode?

pastel oyster
sly sapphire
#

yes i think fn + f7 is for bluetooth wireless 2

pastel oyster
#

Sorry, FN + F5

sly sapphire
#

okay

pastel oyster
#

Then attempt to pair it

#

Shouldddd work

sly sapphire
#

nope still didnt work

#

it kept blinking white

#

and then pulsing

#

and it never showed up on the icue software either

pastel oyster
#

Power switch on the back is on, correct?

sly sapphire
#

yes

pastel oyster
#

Did you hold FN + F5 for at least 2 seconds?

sly sapphire
#

yes i did

#

thats why it started blinking white

pastel oyster
#

Not asking dumb questions haha, just making sure I'm covering all the bases for me to assist in troubleshooting lol

sly sapphire
#

yes yes dw i understand

pastel oyster
#

Waittt

#

When did you hold FN + F5, just in iCUE or when you click the pair button for your Slipstream dongle?

sly sapphire
#

wait wdym in icue

#

no i just did it in my keyboard

pastel oyster
pastel oyster
sly sapphire
#

but it only says pair for the mouse

#

not the keyboard

pastel oyster
#

What does it say when you click pair though?

sly sapphire
pastel oyster
#

Mighttt work now

sly sapphire
#

okay let me try

#

nope not working

#

its greyed out

pastel oyster
#

Hmm

#

Unplug your Slipstream dongle

#

Go to settings>Software Updates>click the trashcan icon on the right side to delete it out of iCUE

#

Going to try to reinstate the dongle within iCUE to see if that fixes it

sly sapphire
#

okay let me try that

#

i only see the trash can icon for the keyboard and not the dongle

pastel oyster
#

Full window ss, a little easier to follow it lol

sly sapphire
#

oh wait i have to unplug it

#

my bad

pastel oyster
#

Is it uplugged

#

Yup lol

#

Has to be disconnected to remove it out of iCUE 🙂

sly sapphire
#

here the keyboard it says delete

#

which means its still not beind detected even though its connected but i deleted it and im gonna try again

pastel oyster
#

Yeah, let's see if that works

sly sapphire
#

do i plug it back in now

pastel oyster
#

Yeah

sly sapphire
pastel oyster
#

Shwet that shows back up

#

let's get your K57 now lol

sly sapphire
#

what do i do with it

pastel oyster
#

Installed the modules that appeared on the top right on your ss?

sly sapphire
#

its the same as before now

#

my keyboard isnt getting detected to be paired

pastel oyster
#

Hmm honestly not sure, tried everything I know to fix it (re-pairing it, reinstating the dongle, insured current updates/firmware is installed, and went through the manual's reconnection steps), to no avail unfortunately.

I would recommend reaching out to CORSAIR support at help.corsair.com for this issue. Normally one of the things above should fix it

#

You could try resintalling iCUE, but I doubt that would fix it

sly sapphire
#

yea i tried that already and it didnt fix it

pastel oyster
#

Worth a try though, but probably won't

#

yeah

#

I would reach out to support, tried everything I know unfortunately

#

Sorry I wasn't able to get it working at the moment sadBlob

sly sapphire
#

its okay thanks for helping
