K70 keyboard firmware dont update

When I try to update my keyboard, it asks to update again, and it just stays like this

so, when i factory reseted my pc

he worked

but

the rgb dont work, and he does what i say in the post

when i try to reset, he blink red when i holding the esc

but when i stop holding he does the same thing

rgb turns off, dont update in the icue

im not sure if the K70 rapidfire is still receiving firmware updates? ill have a look see!

the fact is in my friend pc worked

he changes the rgb colors and more

in my pc does that

it could be dues to MOBO issues as well, so make sure your motherboard and chipset drivers are up to date, as well as any necessary Windows updates

before hand did you try with CORSAIR support? sometimes your issue can be caused by a corrupted or missing firmware, to fix this, you can contact Corsair Support for assistance with a firmware restore

okay if none of this can help you and corsair support cant offer anything else to help and it works in another system i would say its your MOBO drivers, they might need an update?
