i tried this and doesnt worked
make sure your K95's firmware is up to date using the Corsair iCUE software
k95?
whats the keyboard
its a k70
oops mb helping others
its k70 rapidfire
np
try unpluging the keyboard, hold down the Esc key, and then plug it back in. The keyboard should flash if the reset is successful?!
then hold down the FN and F4 keys, then plug the keyboard back in
see if that helps?
i tried this too and doesnt worked
and
its just on my pc
on my mom pc he doesnt does do this
maybe a software conflict then?
i think
on icue
he doesnt appears
like
he doesn't show up to modify and etc but he recognizes the keyboard
can you screen shot iCUE?
I need to install it again, wait a second.
he used to show up here before
on software updates
now it doesn't even show up here
now its an iCUE problem too?
no, i think the pc just cant recognize it anymore
can you not type at all?
no, he just blinks in red
but if i connect in another usb, like on another pc, or even in my cell he works normal
thats probably a faulty USB no?
on your PC that is
but i tried connect another keyboard on the same usb and all working normal
i forgot to say a thing mb
but
when i got the keyboard
he it was in bios mode, but he worked normal, the pc recognize normal
but my brother changed to the ''1''
(I was not at home)
and now its doing this
change it to BIOS mode? then see
i tried change to bios mode again but now just was like this
i tried reset on another pc then plug again
tried the hold esc and plug
the fn f4
nothing works
maybe BIOS mode, hold ESC, unplug switch off BIOS mode the plug back in?
i will try this wait a sec
doesnt worked
i dont know what i do to deserve this fr 😭
did you submit a ticket to CORSAIR support?
yes but these irresponsible doesnt help
literally they say the same thing
hold esc
fn f4
you may need to RMA it?!
sorry i dont know so much english, what is rma?
i forgot to say too, but when i unplug hold esc and plug he doesnt even reset, he continues blinking red
blinks red even when unplugged??
Is RMA a refund then?
the problem is that I'm not going to be able to, I don't have the grade or anything, it was a gift
and it was used '-'
not a refund, a replacement if its still in warranty!
prob not, the keyboard have 2 years
he doesnt even in sale anymore
