Does anyone have any input on this?
I've restarted my computer multiple times and it still won't let me uninstall it
Great - just got my first bluescreen.
And now my computer is constantly freezing up.
Programs such as AMD or iCUE refuse to open. Please help.
WHAT IS HAPPENING
Everything is going black
Everything was working perfectly fine yesterday, I have no idea what happened

Okay I know that this is going to sound like a big happenstance, but I barely managed to get it to work by getting a restore point, the keyboard was NOT cooperating
Nevermind it’s still not working
I have the same issue. I deleted all corsair files on my drive but corsairLLAccess64.sys wont go away so I cant repair or install a new instance
Yeah, I don’t want to have to replace my $4000 computer again when I did nothing wrong.
yea my fans stopped working right when icue did so mine is pretty much unusable right now
would be nice if they had a call service. I'm not waiting days for each email response, I need it fixed now
dang so the ai chatbot on their website lied to me
booting in safe mode let me delete all the corsair files and i was able to reinstall icue
I forgot to mention that I had it fixed, apologies
No worries hahaha just wanted to make sure it got fixed cuz the stress is painful
A restore point worked for me, although I pray the same issue wont surface again.
We must pray for Icue to just never break again man
what you can do everytime this happens is to just reinstall on top of it. this happens everytime a major windows update installs.
As a customer I shouldn't have to
I know it might be best but its just not user friendly like that
lol what is that supposed to mean? irst off, this is not an official corsair help channel. the fact that myself or some other members of the server take the time to respond and help other fellow members in some problems and/or issues we're experiencing does not necessarily mean that we're obligated to help you or resolve your issues. I'm not a corsair employee, though I wish I was lol. And also hijacking another post just to rant is pointless.
Anyway. As I explained numerous times, this situation mostly happens when you have other software installed handling rgb and messing with icue service. If you have programs like armoury crate, signal rgb, aida64, hwinfo etc, remove them. And yes, installation breaks from time to time for a number of reasons, whether this is due to windows updates or other software that fiddle with iCue. In any case what corsair suggest is to simply uninstall and reinstall.
Last but not least, like every brand, all products can have an issue at any given time. all electronics can break, mistakes can happen and there's no perfect software/hardware with 0 bugs. its through these posts that developers can find ways to fix or deal with these bugs. most importantly, the extreme majority of this community is willing to help, which is the main reason why this is one of the best discord servers out there.
