#icue crashing my Monitors

I almost forgot but another step you can take before you do all this is resetting your bios/CMOS if you need help with this step, let me know. Otherwise just find a video online by taking your battery out or using a screwdriver to short out your CMOS pins, they look like two random pins nothing plugged into each other that are about a quarter of a centimeter apart
I have done all of said above things(minus removing cmos and resetting my bios), got to gaming and within an hour I had the same results. Completely uninstalling the software, my pc ran flawlessly for 7 hours last night. So yes, it is tied with something in the software itself.
Reset CMOs
Run “SFC /scan” now in command prompt as administrator
icue has nothing to do with black screen errors. these errors are 100% coming from software that interferes with icue, for example Armoury Crate.
I would suggest the following:
- remove armoury crate completely using the uninstall tool
- upgrade your bios to the latest version
- see if it runs fine
If this is still an issue, you can always check your event viewer under event viewer>windows logs>system and see what errors it’s putting up
I gave up on it honestly. Once uninstalling the software completely, I have had zero issues with it.
Ok
