Hi, what color is the little led on top of the mouse? Do you connect it with the wireless receiver or via bluetooth?

and does the Harpoon show up in icue?

unplug / replug and/or reboot your pc.

its blinking blue and it doesnt show up on icue

blinking blue is an indication that is trying to connect via bluetooth. (pairing mode)

so turn it the other way around, set the switch to 2.4ghz

and press pair
