What mainboard is that? Did you plug in the 4-pin ARGB cable into a compatible ARGB header on your mainboard or do you use a controller like the Commander Core XT?
It’s a b650pro wifi
And yeah I plug the 3 pin it came with to my 3 pin on my motherboard and it doesn’t even detect it
I tried the 4 pin to and nothing worked
If this is the MSI Pro B650-P Wifi then these are the two possible connectors for the 4 pin argb cable
Yes I tried both but it still didn’t detect it
Detected where? If you want to use icue, you will need a Commander Core XT or a similar controller. If you plug it into your argb connector on the mainboard, you will need to use the mainboard's software.
Motherboard software wear ? Where can I find that
I tried that and nothing is still working
Sorry, i am out of ideas... if both cables are connected right, i have no clue why it wont light up... Maybe open a ticket with Corsair Support at https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
you need to connect the ARGB (5V) as instructed in the pic to your motherboard.
CPU FAN cable has nothing to do with the RGB lights
I did do that
Yeah I tried that and still the same result
then you should've been able to control them through your mobos software
this is actually a mystic light issue
Yeah unfortunately it’s not working do you think if I get the CORSAIR - iCUE Commander Core it will work
can you maybe take a better picture of the jargb header where you plugged in the cable from your pump? In theory, it should work with your mainboard or a commander core xt or something similar just as well. Did you also try the JARGB_V2_2?
