I bought this keyboard recently, downloaded ICU and all I see are the sensors and no option to add the keyboard. When I go & check software updates I see the K70 Core KGB keyboard there, but that's it.
Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix it? I tried the 5 second esc trick on reddit, didnt really change much, keyboard is working fine, unsure.
ps: installing 5.x version and 4.x version did nothing to solve my issue.

if that doesn't help, remove everything completely using this guide: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-iCUE-How-to-perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-iCUE or use revo uninstaller and finally reinstall icue 5

there's still my old keyboard, which was logitech.
but why would it not be recognized if it's read upon and the thing automatically installed.
two of them are logitech, two of them are usb inpu.
the keyboard works tho.

Right, Fire up iCUE, an go into the settings then look for software updates, do you see the keyboard there

OK so you can see it on the devicelist, just not on the main screen within iCUE?

Noice, OK so that means its not a USB decection issue just iCUE being a little silly. Now when you did the clean re install did you remove the folders in both Appdata locations?
Reason I'm asking is that in one of those locations is where the device detection logs are saved

yup i already did that.
made sure to check for any corsair icu files
i mean i could do it once more to make 100% sure 
but im 99% sure i removed everything last time before reinstalling

when using revo uninstaller it asks you to remove left over files. did you do that step ?

An you rebooted after removing, then again after installing iCUE? Thats important for the reg files

Also the audio thing, little the dial on the keyboard, I always catch it on those when I move them

was checking to see if there was also one in program filesd or x86

last time i struggled with hardware was back in 2008 when iw as 8 man

So, whats happened is the file iCUE uses to show the device in the home screen is not there, now thats likely a detection issue on the app as windows just worked with it. and because it only calls the module when a new USB PID is detected the only way is to flush iCUE and install again.
Example being My K65 is 40 miles from here but because its been plugged in once, iCUE keeps it there

when i restart the keyboard wont work unless i replug it
and the three white bulbs are open
the 1 A and the download button whatnot?

Hmmm, I think it may be best to raise a support ticket, so I do work with those guys but I get more involved in logistics issues
