Hello, I recently bought a HS65 Wireless headset, I am more than happy with its audio quality, the comfort is incomparable, the fact of not having a wire... what happiness.
On the other hand, I encounter a huge problem of microphone, this one gets extremely saturated from time to time, for several minutes or even tens of minutes.
All this, for no reason.
It is very unpleasant, and unpleasant for my comrades on discord.
I initially thought of a defective product, I went to my store and had it changed but it repeat.
I tried without and with the ICue software, it does not change anything.
Someone has occured this problem ?
Thank you:)

You can try to disable the Echo Cancellation, i read that it fixes a lot of issues with mic problems in discord...

Otherwise there is a guide from corsair of what to do if you experience audio problems in discord too https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046953891-What-to-do-if-your-headset-is-incompatible-with-Discord-s-latest-audio-subsystem

I am wondering if a solution to this problem has been found? I have had the same problem for a few months since buying my headset brand new. I followed the troubleshooting guide from tech support but as soon as i say the problem is solved (it only stays solved for a few days) they end my ticket and it takes a few day to get any new response.

So far the only thing i have found is to switch which USB port i plug into but some switches make it go away for a week some as short as a few hours.
