You would be better off setting the 3 radiator fans to exhaust as you have fresh air coming in via the 6 fans. What profiles are you using for the pump and fans?

Was all set to balanced before but I just changed the 3 radiator fans to iCUE Link H150i balanced

So I should change the radiator fan directions but should I leave the 1 exhaust as is, or change that one to pull air in as well

That’s fine as exhaust. Just change the 3 rad fans. That way you will have positive airflow with the 6 in and 4 out

Yeah with a AIO you definitely want the top rad as exhaust in the 6500x.
