#Corsair Nexus consistently crashing iCue when using different profiles
17 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
ive already tried fully reinstalling iCue and force updating my Nexus, neither of which has solved the problem. The only way I can get iCue to work properly is if I completely unplug my Nexus. I have also tried different USB ports on my PC and none of them have worked, whether completely connected to the motherboard or through my keyboard
if it helps at all, here is my line up of devices
i have the nexus as well and have no issue changing a profile, but since you've tried all the 'available' options (usb/forceupdate/remove/reinstall) i suggest you open a ticket with official support.
just to make sure, you removed everything with revo uninstaller, not just reinstalled right?
On the nexus or the icue software?
I reinstalled / force updated the nexus, icue i completely uninstalled then installed again
The nexus is fine and won't crash icue if i use any of the profiles I've had for the last couple of months, but if i try to select a fresh new profile i just created or an imported profile it will instantly crash
So i duplicated a profile that worked without crashing and edited it... and it works fine with the nexus. But if i try to import that exact same profile instead of duplicating it crashes
i meant using revo uninstaller
that means its a bad profile. try loading another one i.e. export one of those you have and re-import it to check
Don't think so cause like I said I make a brand new profile and it crashes
oh i misread your final sentence. sorry
do you maybe have other rgb software like signal rgb or open rgb or even hwinfo /
Don't have any of those but I have Aura and such for asus products
Yeah, aura creator, armoury crate, and NZXT cam
test to check that armoury crate isn't the culprit
