Bought new RAM 2x16GB 3600mhz load up pc everything works but either after around 5 minutes or if i try to load up a game my computer blue screens, I have tried every tip or recommendation online and i know its the ram is my pc works fine with my old sticks. So far i am thinking that i have dead sticks and dont know whether i should order new ones or not?

What are your system specs? And are you using the new ram with your old ram?

ive decided to send it back nothing works and it can only really be that the new ram is broken

Only thing i can say is that make sure your bios is updated, and make sure that the ram is in the correct 2 slots. Highly doubt that the new ram is borked but it might be the IMC in your x3d just doesn't like that ram config.

Did you clear CMOS before you installed the new ram sticks? Are you using XMP? Are you manually setting ram speed? Are you manually setting voltages?
