corsair hs80 rgb wireless

i need some help with my headset i just bought its corsair hs80 rgb
the charger is falling off and not making a click sound and it only lasted for like 8 hours until battery died
also how do i turn off rgb for my headset i heard battery last longer with it off

I do not know about charger but I just press the cable in it and it makes click.
About turning the rgb off you can turn it off in the icue software
