Are you able to take pictures to confirm?

Is the USB 2.0 cable connected to the USB 2.0 header?
Is the 3-pin Pump connector connected to CPU_FAN?
Is the SATA power properly plugged in, and the cable plugged in to the PSU?

Which AIO do you have?

They usually look different

Also the 3-pin cable?

Did you plug in the connector correctly? The white square on the connector needs to be plugged in the same direction as the commander core.

The pump has a 3 pin cable you have to connect to CPU_FAN
