no i'm just planning but yes they will rattle if I don't mod them for sure
why destructive, and if it's destructive to make them better it's fine
Holee mod usually sorts them out. I need to do mine at soem point
Made a nice Frankenstein switch, kaliah red with the spring, stem and leaf from an Allo fairy silent. Now more RGB!

thank you for le ping
Any recommendations for stabs?
Wonder what the difference is between those and the V2's I got
mine are red but still
I did plan to pick up a set of other black switches than the box ones I got
Idk but I kinda impulse bought some to replace these super light switches
I do not need to type quickly these days
But in college English I definitely preferred writing essays on my XPS 13 than my mechanical keyboard
Well damn, factory lubed switches have gotten pretty good
@blissful zodiac guess who finally build a keyboard
Build:
-TEST68
-Boba U4T lubed+thick film
-GMK 80082
Brass plate for my Q6 Pro arrived. I think it needs polishing
Akko fairy switches?
They are indeed
How do you like them? I was searching for some silent switches for use in the office and came across these but I haven't pulled the trigger yet
Are they actually silent?
They are and would be perfect for the office, if you want a tactile rather than a linear I would go with RedDragon STARS they are a baby blue body and white stem. Also super quiet
I was assuming linear would be most silent
I do prefer tactile for typing tho
We barely have cubicles lol
Man, if I could only bring my box jades into the office
Yeah, both have the silicone bit on the stems. Put it this way, the person I set opposite cant tell when I'm typing we are seperated by our screens
@stray nexus
Yuppie!
;3
Mhm bring it on then
I bring no clacks, only silents
But, I do....
Goddamn creamy keyboards lol
