Your 4090 came with a 12VHWPR adapter that splits into 3 or 4 PCIE 8-Pins....if it's 3 then should be pretty self explanatory...if it's four you can use one of the daisy chained 8 pins to plug into the fourth one. If you don't want to use the adapter your options are to grab one of these from corsair
or grab either an 12VHWPR extension kit or 12VHWPR Type 4 replacement cable kit from cable mod

Yeah if it's just the one it'll be fine. Messy but fine. There are very few PSUs that come with 4 separate dedicated PCIE cables. Usually only of the super high wattage variety.
