The one on its own is called Hyderabadi Chilli Egg. As for the one on the banana leaf, it's called Banana Leaf Rice - it consists of many small side dishes and you can pick and choose what you want. What I had were papadom (the cracker), fried cauliflower, dhal curry, crab curry, fish head curry, chicken curry, rasam (soup), potato curry, stir fried cabbage with tumeric, mutton curry, payasam (pudding), and thoku (spicy pickle)

And yes, mixing the curries are great and we often combine dishes

There's a cheese I buy that's a "fried cheese" where I can cook it on a stove top to give it some char and it doesn't completely melt and we add a coating of honey - so good!
