i'll be taking the train to the airport at midnight (in amsterdam), then i need to wait at the airport for 4 hours, i will arrive by plane at 7:25 and then i have to decide to either go to hyde park and hope that i can still get a numbered wristband so i can drop my backpack off at the hostel afterwards or immediately go to the hostel, drop my backpack off, and then go to hyde park and most likely not being early enough for a numbered wristband

The thing is, you can't leave Hyde Park's festival part and re-enter on show days. You won't be allowed back in. I don't know where the wristbands are given out, but if it's somewhere inside, then drop your bag off first. Maybe take a smaller bag (~A4 size- that's the max) just to carry your phone, powerbank, empty refillable water bottle, etc.

I want to go to Amsterdam one day. It looks very nice.

you can’t leave after you enter the festival, which they let you in at 1pm (unless you’re normal ga 2pm) , but for the queueing part you don’t have to stay

the actual festival is only in a certain part of hyde park, the rest is open for the public , we queue outside the entrance of the festival
