Honestly depends on what you can get your hands on and what you can do; I went to SKZ yesterday and it was my first kpop concert so I was scouring for freebies and ended up with a pretty good haul ranging from things like stickers and lomos, candy and snacks, a couple of the packs I got had actually useful things (earplugs, deodorant wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen)

Regardless of what you do, it’ll be appreciated!

what type of keychains are you using? I'm also making keychains and the product listing had included the size photos that fit, so I just work with that. I'm usually able to see the measurements/dimensions on Word or Pages when I adjust the pieces to print. Though I have realized that the same document may print differently depending on the format. Eg: I've found that a Pages doc prints the images exactly to size, but when I converted the doc to Word or PDF, it subtly resized the photos, so they print them a little smaller or larger

Honestly there's not really a specific number for how many you should make. It all depends on how many you want to make, or how many you are comfortable making.
If you're able to, comfortable to, and want to make, say, 300. Then make 300!
If you're only able, and comfortable to make like... 20. Then make 20 and hand them out with pride, cause you did that!
And then there's people not comfortable with making freebies, and don't really want to make them at all. That's cool too! Freebies are not required at any concert!
Kpop stans love both giving and receiving freebies. There's no judgement, no expectations for "how much" or "how little" you, or anyone makes.
When you're unsure on an amount, or type of freebies, just take a moment to assess all aspects for you personally. Whether it be time, budget, interest, and so on.

If you're using it as a medical supply bag, you need to communicate that with staff cause you go through a separate/extra detector/screening last I was there. They are SUPER strick, even 0.3 of an inch off policy & u have to toss your bag, so be careful!

I'm still working on keychains, but today, I randomly had this idea for a sticker design and mostly finished it an hour ago. Just trying to figure out if I prefer the black frame + red background over the red frame + black background. In a perfect world, we could get them as clear stickers (eg: in mock up 2), but that's expensive 😩 . We might also end up sticking with the black frame + white background since it isn't too bad either.

I also had an oval design (which is what I had started with in my sketches), but my friend prefers having a frame, so we're sticking with that. I usually use Redbubble to create mockups to see if I like the designs I make, and I like it so far, which is a good sign. Usually, if I like how the design looks on a pillow, I end up committing to it 😂

I'm still figuring out an orange themed sticker though (because why not?), but my friend likes the rose design so we'll be making those to go with the keychains.

Also - Orlando has original tixs open for both dates on TM. Resale can be more expensive than what's currently available, so you may be better off buying tixs before resale opens. Some reslae tixs are cheaper when you get super close to the dates (sellers lower them if they don't sell) tho

VIP tickets are typically resold on platforms like Tw and Ig and then transferred via TM. But you need a photo of the original purchaser's ID, as technically, VIP benefits are non-transferable

that's all to say - it won't show up on the TM app/website as a buying option when resale opens. You have to buy them directly from other ppl on social media or other unofficial sites.

I mean stubhub & vivid seats are mostly reliable. Just FYI that same rules apply with VIP on those. The only way to hopefully get a VIP resale tix is to buy it off social media, reddit, discord, etc, using a trustworthy payment processer (like paypal or smth) and have them transfer it to you via TM, & get a pic of their ID to show venue staff.

I never use StubHub or Vivid Seats cause I prefer the security of using the official ticketing platform (i'm way too nervous about scams and I normally do pre-sale anyway), so not sure exactly how that all operates. But you can buy normal seats from those sites without going through a fan directly.

Of note - if you want Floor seats, they may pop up as resale on TM once it opens! Floor seats don't carry VIP benefits if they show up as resale on TM at this point, but still, it's a floor seat if that's what you're aiming for

So if you do go with the Club seating option it will take you directly to the Kia Center Ticketmaster site. This is different from TM. But I was able to get the tickets into my mobile wallet

The Club seating is for people who purchased year round seating for the Kia Center and they essentially rent out their seats for certain events

So the steps are "purchase" then the seller will approve or not, then you'll be sent a link to your email. From the link, itll take you to the Kia website. From there you accept the tickets and then can transfer to mobile wallet

I'll have to double check with my friend. She and one of her other friends are attending both days of the concert and since I capped the Google form at 10, they should be able to have those with them throughout the concert if necessary.

As for all the other keychains, they had asked for 80 in total (10 out of that will be with the custom requests) and they said they'd be putting them in organza bags with candy. They haven't decided if they'll split the rest of the freebies equally across both days or not, but I'll have to ask them how they plan to hand those out given the bag policy. Though, I assume it'll mostly be before the concert

I won't be at the concert, but my friend will be there so the plan was for her to reserve the custom keychains for people to collect from her. She wouldn't be delivering them, but I would tell you either her seat number or whatever spot she decided to hand out freebies at so you could meet her there.

I would highly reccommend getting a utility strap for your phone!! This one is from Casetify but you can easily search and get one anywhere else. This one has a few loops so I will be using a keychain/carabiner to affix my car keys and a small wallet to them. Leaves my pockets empty and no need for a bag!
