Connection 0x1 banned

Issue: False Positive 0x1 Connection Ban
Account Level: 145 (Playing since 2021)
Account Status: Not tagged/banned on Discord.
Details:
I have played since 2021 and have never faced an issue or violated TOS. I play on a private home network (not public/school WiFi). the game was working perfectly for past2–3 hours. I switched off my router and went to sleep; when I woke up and reconnected, I was hit with the 0x1 Connection Ban.
I play on Incognito mode and haven't changed any settings. It seems my network was flagged incorrectly during the IP refresh after my router was off. Requesting an investigation or IP whitelist,
as my account is in good standing.

i am just asking the reason, even though I know it's temporary, but it doesn't make any sense. for 5 years I hadn't faced anything like that, but what happened yesterday. :I

Yes your account will be safe if it's just a connection ban

I have the exact same issue, almost level 70, home WiFi.

I reached out to support months ago, still no response.

I just checked back on my account and the "Connection 0x1 banned" message has transformed into "Account banned for cheating", I'm guessing this was an update to the game, not to my account status. I have never cheated.

If u got a connection banned and u are still logged in into your account

It will automatically gets banned

Did you use a weak password? Perhaps your account was stolen and someone broke tos on it?

Or did you share the account with anyone?

i think it might have happened since some of us daily switch off routers for long period of time or like after 72hours ip automatically resets

Some of my friends from india got there main accounts banned,now they are map makers

Your account has been banned for breaking tos, which is unrelated to routers and ips

Somewhere along the line either you broke tos or someone got access to your account

idk i think i will just go and reset my router since i want to play krunker so badly.its been 60+ hours without krunker

my password is not that weak, but its not 20 characters either, I use 2fa tho and I never shared my account

just like kessa I'm kinda sceptical that that would be the issue but my computer does randomize my mac address, which means my router does not recognise my device on every reconnect and my IP address might change slightly

if it was like me, even if you reset your router the connection ban will eventually get changed into a full ban
