Look, I know it sounds bad but hear me out.
What if blaster remained exactly as it is now, with the only difference being that the damage it does can't be healed? Sort of like how you cant heal when you're in challenge mode, but only applying for the blaster. I feel like this would make it way more viable for comp and it'd give blaster its own role without damaging the current meta

ttk in comp is pretty low in my experience though that may just be my low tier lobbies
but is site holding really that based on sponging ammo anyway? 90 percent of the time when you get hit for one on site youre pretty much dead and get traded
i feel like positioning and playing off your teammates is way more important for site holding
and besides its not like im saying it should have no counter whatsoever, you could even make the tazer or whatever its called heal teammates

it's just not possible to hold site consistently if you can't regen
this would be a cool idea but I think krunker is too fast paced to allow for meaningful healing weapons
but thatd be the main strength of the blaster, everything else would be shit you might even remove the walljumps, itd literally be only something to chip away at site defense
yeah, the closest thatd be actually viable is maybe something like medic from tf2 but then i dont know if the engine would even support that kind of thing

there is no "mix things up" youd have to redo the spawn system
