ranked can't see my rank

I can't see my rank when I press ranked but other people said that they can see me on the leaderboards, i also can't see match history and leaderboard either it just says play 6 games to see your rank and also says no match history

also can't use revolver in ranked doesn't come up

make sure the game ur connected to is the same region as ur ranked server
i have to connect to mumbai to see my stats because those r the servers oce uses
